What is the legal situation in Switzerland?
In switserlandSwitzerland, CBD is currently not classified as a medicinal product, which is why free trade is possible. Unfortunately, we can not provide any recommendations for consumption, intake or dosage.
The THC content of our CBDplus products is between 0% and 0.2% for the EU market and 0% to 1% for the Swiss market. However, laws can be changed quickly, so please read about the specific laws regarding CBD in your home country.
CBD products are not intended for cure, prevention, diagnosis or illness. CBD may have pharmacological properties.
What happens if the police stops me?
